Waffles...

So today I found out one of my friends knew the Do you like waffles song. It was pretty awesome; we sang it a few times throughout the whole day. Pretty cool. In case you didn't know, the waffles song goes like this:

Do you like waffles?
Yeah we like waffles!
Do you like pancakes?
Yeah we like pancakes!
Do you like french toast?
Yeah we like french toast!
Do, di, di, do can't wait to get a mouthful!

Also, I have to thank Rian for teaching me this song in the first place. Thanks Ri! So let's all sing it together! Sayonara!

A Dedication.

Happy Birthday Rian!!! I'm sorry I missed your real birthday, but I was stupid and didn't check Blogger yesterday! Anyways, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! BEST OF LUCK!!! EVERYBODY SAY, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY RIAN!!!" YAY!!! SO FINALLY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY RIAN!!! (Note: This is a momentous occasion so if you don't say happy birthday to Rian, it is very offensive. Also, it's great to say the words happy birthday!!!)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY RIAN!!!

Obviously.

So, I got this lava lamp gadget, and I think it's sweet. Awesome. Perfect for my blog. So, basically, you can change the colors of the 'lava', the lamp, and the background inside stuff by moving the little bar things. Pretty neato bandito. Don't you think? I have a lava lamp in real life, but it broke or something. Maybe the timer broke. Anyways, it won't work, but this SWEET little virtual one does. ALL THE TIME!!! Yay!!! So customize it any way you want while you're on my blog! Sayonara!

Hmmm...

I think I'm becoming addicted to blogging. It's so awesome. That's a fact. Because it's a facty fact. Which is a scientific law. Which is always true. And a postulate is always true too. If you don't believe me, go ask my geometry teacher. So, yeah, I had dinner with my family tonight for my mom and papa's birthdays which were both this week. I played on the computer with my cousin and showed him the awesomest game Go-Go Plant 2 on bored.com. He said it was weird, I think it's stupendous, fantastic, peachy, smashing, splashing, amazing, unreal, great, and well, awesome. Then we all ate dinner. Yay dinner. And finally came the presents. Dun, dun, dun. I'm using that phrase a lot today. So, yeah, the gifts. They were good gifts including a few interesting ones like a SolarGlobe in the shape of a cat. Interesting. I wonder where we'll put that. Hmmm... So, anyways, it was a pretty fun night filled with laughter and popping balloons. When my cousin and I popped them, they sounded like gunshots so everyone inside was messing around like a sniper was outside. Ha, ha. Yup. Then after handing off a vacuum to my aunt and uncle, we were homeward bound. I like that movie. It was good. I only saw it once though. Yep, yup, yip. Gotta go! Sayonara!

You know...

You know what stinks? Reading and analyzing the same stories in English class, since I have the exact same literature book! So I have to read The Lady or the Tiger, The Open Window, and all those stories. It's really boring. So boring, I'm reading them over, but their endings are no surprise to me. So I can't really say in class, "Yeah, I was so shocked last night that the author of The Lady or the Tiger made that a cliffhanger! Ahhh!" So, yeah, boringness.

Lazy Day

Today I want to be extremely lazy. Unfortunately, I can't. I have...the dreaded stuff. Something called...homework. Dun, dun, dun...just imagine the creepy music going along with that. So, today's book that I recommend is...My Side of the Mountain by Jean Craighead George. It's a book that I can reread all the time and it only takes me about an hour and a half to read it. (It's not that long.) Some people have told me it's weird, you know, because the guy lives in a tree, but come on! Wouldn't you like to live in a tree??? I would. Absolutely. Okay, I'll stop ranting. Anyways, outside the office window, about ten seconds ago, I saw a squirrel. Have you ever realized how big in comparison a squirrel's tail is to its body??? It was like the same size. Creepy. Also, the squirrel was twirling and twitching its tail around, so it looked like someone from the colorguard!!! And then it twirled its tail in a circular motion so it was like a windmill!!! I was amazed at the dexterity. So, that's all. Sayonara!

Some random things...

Today I saw some odd/normal things. I'll list them out to make it easier for you.
I saw:
Two taxis in the same parking lot.
They were minivan taxis.
They were in an Albertson's parking lot.
A lime green car; pretty odd, it wasn't a VW Bug either.
A bubble-gum pink car yesterday.
A person's locker decorated for his birthday.
The same person eating cookies in my world history class.
The same person in my current events group of 3 including me.
My English teacher telling us to draw on the back of our quizzes.
My theology teacher talking in his strange Jack Black voice.
Pizza being served at lunch today; I didn't buy.

So that's that. And oh yeah, by the by, I actually buy lunch 2 or 3 times a week. Yeah, I can. It's possible. Wooh! Also, I'll try everyday to recommend a book or a series that's good. Today I recommend Elsewhere by Gabrielle Zevin. It's an awesome book. Sayonara!

D-Day

No, it's not the real D-Day where the Allied forces parachuted into Normandy, France. D-Day stands for decision day which is today for me. I've decided to be more proactive on my blog to relieve some (all) of my school-related stress. Yay me. So, this is the beginning...of a whole new era!!! Get ready to rumble!

Aujord'hui

Today after school, i stayed to do salon. No, it's not beauty salon, it's a thing in all languages at our school that you stay after for about 30 minutes and only talk in that language. So I did. With some other French 2's, 3's, and even some 4's. It went pretty fast. Then, after that, my mom would pick me up a little late, so I had to wait for about 15 minutes. At school. So I lounged about in the Atrium and then settled myself on a bench right by the entrance. It wasn't lonely, seeing as there was kids playing around in the Atrium, and I could hear some pretty darn awesome guitar music. I have to give props to that guy. He was good on a guitar. So, I stayed there and got visited by my friend Christina once, and then left as soon as I spotted my mom. I'd forgotten my cellphone so she didn't call me to tell me she was here. It didn't matter in the end. So now I have to study, do homework, eat, and sleep. Yay sleep! Sayonara!

Did you know...?

Did you know that when someone says you're 'goofy footed' it means you put your right foot in front of your left like when snowboarding, surfing, etc. This is a random act of factness. Peace.

Proofs.

Proofs are proving something in math. Or specifically geometry. Ugh. Anyways, I'm not super at them. So, in order to memorize these postulates and theorems, I will post them. Please don't get bored by me. I'm just doing it for my own sake. So just ignore this if you want. I guess. If you really want to. Here we go:

Some Theorems and Postulates and Properties and Definitions:
Addition Property: if a=b and c=d then a+c=b+d
Subtraction Property: if a=b and c=d then a-c=b-d
Multiplication Property: if a=b then ca=cb
Division Property:it a=b and c doesn't = o then a/c=b/c
Substitution Property: if a=b then either a or b may be subbed for the other in any equation or inequality
Reflexive Property: a=a
Symmetric Property: if a=b then b=a
Transitive Property: if a=b and b=c then a=c
Theorem 2.1 (Midpoint Theorem): if M is the midpoint of AB then Am=1/2AB and MB=1/2AB
Definition of a Midpoint: a point that divides a segment into 2 congruent parts
Theorem 2.2 (Angle Bisector Theorem): if ray BX is the bisector of Theorem 2.3 (Vertical Angle Theorem): vertical angles are congruent.
Theorem 2.4: if 2 lines are perpendicular, then they form congruent adjacent angles.
Theorem 2.5 (converse of 2.4): if 2 line form congruent adjacent angles then the lines are perpendicular
Theorem 2.6: if the exterior sides of 2 adjacent acute angles are perpendicular, then the angles are complementary
Theorem 2.7: If 2 angles are supplementary of congruent angles (or the same angle) then the two angles are congruent
Theorem 2.8: if two angles are complementary of congruent angles, then the two angles are congruent

Mind you, this is just for me in order to memorize these. But wait, there's more. Later though! See ya! Peace out!

Just so you know...

Obviously school has started. It is in session. So I'm burdened down with an uber amount of homework. Obviously. If you are not aware of this, you must be living under a rock. Oblivious. Funny how those two words are so similar and yet have the opposite meanings. Odd. So, don't expect tons of posts from me like people, oh, i don't know, Kris and Ri *cough*cough*. So, yeah. That's the point. But today's random fact is...in French, resume means summary. Ta-da! Isn't that a fantastic fact???
