YaY!!!

Guess what? 3 weeks till school's out!!! Yeah! How awesome is that???? Okay, so enough with that...I know it's been a long time since I posted but a lot has been going on. I took an AP test so that required a TON of studying and I THINK I may have passed it. Hopefully. Anyways, today's my dad's b-day so feel free to give a shout-out or something, either mental or written. Maybe even verbal. So yup. That's what's been going on...yet right after the AP test, I forgot to tell you, I had to run 2 miles. Ugh. No stopping. It was horrible. So. Yup. 3 weeks. Totally. Bringing on summer!! Yeah!!! 1 more project in the way and I'm done. P.S. It's a FRENCH project. Isn't that SO ironic?

Sayonara! :D

  1. Happy Birthday to your dad!
The book was not about communism...it was about socialism. And Orwell's not saying it's good...he's showing how bad it could be. If you still have the book, you should read the afterword...though it depends on which copy you have. It's really interesting...Yes, it was depressing. It was not pointless, though. See argument stated above. And yes, the ending did suck, though it was kind of necessary to get his point across. It was also kinda pessimistic. But in times of panic, people seem to get that way. Yeah...I wouldn't want anyone spying on me. That'd be weird. The best part of the book was the beginning and the part when he met Julia...I actually had to read the book for school, and it was the best book I've read all year. At least for school. And yes, I think he is dead, seeing as how the book was written in 1949. And he had to have been at least thirty when he wrote it. Which would make him...ninety. Yeah...It is possible, though. Lots of stuff like that has happened, just not that...severe.
By the way, my mom says "It's okay to disagree as long as you have an opinion."
    She's weird...
